What is the difference of meaning between “お” & “を”?

＜お＞=o

 ※Used for all of words including “o” except for “Direct object of a verbを”

□noun=おかあさん、おとうさん、おとこ、おんな、おとな etc

□Greetings=おはよう、おやすみなさい etc

□verb=おきる（Wake up）、おこる（Get angry）、おとす（Drop）etc

＜を＞=o =Direct object of a verb

□ほんをかりる=Borrow a book

□てをあげる=Raise a hand

□Emailをおくる=Send an email

□ふくをかう=Buy a cloth
